What should I do when company is denying to pay my 100% payout in full and final settlement?

I have worked with the company for 2 months. For the first month, they paid 100% salary but I had to leave in the second month due to the bad behavior of the management. Now they're making my performance issue and not only paying 50% of the payout.

what was your agreement with the Company? was their a notice period? Did you give notice before quitting ?

The course of action will depend on the act under which your organization is registered. the first step would be to send a notice to your HR, if we do not receive a suitable response then the notice will need to be followed up by a civil suit in the apropriate court which will depend on the nature of your organization meaning that ether we will have to approach the designated tribunal or go to a civil court.
