What is the process and term duration for a power of attorney for bank loan purpose in Pune?
I am about to leave the country for some training purpose. I want to assign my power of attorney so as to have a fruitful flow of loan from the bank, with whom I have a sanction as of now.

This is my response to you:
1. Sign a POA to assign your duties to a person;
2. You can also make a Principal-Agent agreement;
3. Your agent can do the work on your behalf and he/she gets full or half powers as you may assign;
4. Make it on stamp paper and notrarize the same.

Property transfer issue
Our grandmother wrote in her will that the house that we reside in shall be transferred in the name of our father upon her death. Unfortunately, our father passed away and the will and the original property parts are with us. We have been living in this house in Uttam Nagar for 20 years now. Our father has only one brother.
Thus, we would like to know that as the Will mentions that the property shall transfer in our fathers name and as he is no more, does the property automatically get transferred to his heirs? What is the process of transferring the property in our name?

Can builders claim 6 months gress period for delay in possession.
I have booked flat in Pune sanaswadi location in Mapple group society. In December 2014 and as per agreement our possession date was (period 30months), as per date possession date was June 2017 but till date I not got possession. Builders agree for compensation 4000/month, but he claims 6 months gress period. And for that period he will not give me compensation amount.

can registered will be changed if all the parties are in agreement
Dear Sir, can registered will be changed if all the parties are in agreement after the death of testator? If yes what is best way? The testator have named all of his unmovable properties to only one son of two sons. Now both sons have agreed to share the properties. What is the best way to transfer one house to the the son whose name is not in the will.
