We live in Gurgaon and have all our ancestral property in our village. My uncle sold our ancestral land in village without our prior permission. Please tell me what legal action I can take against him?

You can sue for cancellation of all the deeds (by which your property has been transferred )and permanent injunction against purchaser. And also file suit for partition of the property. For more detail kindly contact with all the documents to the Advocate dealing with such matters.

It is not possible for your uncle to sell the property with your concent - you can claim fraud on this sale and reverse the sale deed. The documents and proceeding needs to be review for further direction on the matter.

Primarily you need to establish, that you had the legal share in the property and collect all the documents in reference to the same. File a police complaint regarding the illegal transfer of property and the Police will register an FIR regarding Forgery and cheating against the seller of the property. After this, you will need to file a civil suit regarding Cancellation of the sale deed and all subsequent actions arising therefrom.
