You can sue for cancellation of all the deeds (by which your property has been transferred )and permanent injunction against purchaser. And also file suit for partition of the property. For more detail kindly contact with all the documents to the Advocate dealing with such matters.

It is not possible for your uncle to sell the property with your concent - you can claim fraud on this sale and reverse the sale deed. The documents and proceeding needs to be review for further direction on the matter.

Primarily you need to establish, that you had the legal share in the property and collect all the documents in reference to the same. File a police complaint regarding the illegal transfer of property and the Police will register an FIR regarding Forgery and cheating against the seller of the property. After this, you will need to file a civil suit regarding Cancellation of the sale deed and all subsequent actions arising therefrom. In the same suit you will also demand partition of the property without the payment of the ad volerm Court Fee as joint property is always in the joint possession. In case you have any doubts then please feel free to contact me Regards Gagandeep Goel advocate

I did nto stay in the hostel do i still have to pay the fees?

Actually I am in the government engineering college in kolkata , west bengal. I had allergy and asthma and did not stay at my hostel in 8th semester as of now this is march and three months have passed. Although my previous dues are clear the administration is asking me to pay mess fees for the 8th semester too. I know it is my fault that i did not inform them about me not staying anymore. But is there any way I can get out paying that hefty amount as I did'nt use the service or ate food.

respondent is holding unlawful possession and claiming owner of the Land base on Void documents,

Dear sir I have filed civil case for declaration of title suit and the respondent is holding unlawful possession and claiming owner of the Land base on Void documents, therefore kindly suggest me supreme court judgement citation for Void documents . please give me citation of supreme Court judgement over Void documents And also the lower Court has rejected my injunction petition citing the reason that there is no balance of convenience, no irrepairable loss and No prima facie case, Kindly give me Citation of supreme Court judgement so that I can give citation of supreme Court judgement in the lower court in order to strengthen my point.
