I had parked my car in front of another house one day and we went out of station but our parents were at home. The people from the house where the car was parked, came to our house and spoke badly to our parents, our parents then removed the car from there. When we came back we found that there were multiple scratched and heavy damages to the car. We want to know if we can file an FIR, as I am sure if we may be at fault for parking infront of their house. The place i parked the car is outside t

What kind of heavy damages? You can file an FIR against unknown persons who have damaged your car. The Police will further investigate in the matter and find the culprit.

Traffic police doesnt follow Supreme court order

As per supreme courts order a white board LMV license holder can drive Yellow board or LMV transport vehicle with White board license..However, cops are penalising drivers in Bangalore stating the order is not passed in Bangalore.However the 3panel judges have clearly instructed the state goverment or MoRTH to follow this practice acroas india..Then why not its followed in Bangalore..I would like to file a petition on this issue..Kindly advice

Society Registered in Undivided Bihar is overlooked while a new SOCIETY is Registered in Jharkhand WITHOUT DISSOLUTION or AMALGAMATION or Concurrence of FOUNDERS is legal or ILLEGAL?

RTI replies from IG REGISTRATION RANCHI JHARKHAND suggest that no intimation was given to the IG REGISTRATION RANCHI JHARKHAND about the Society Registered in Undivided BIHAR in 1988, when the new Society was Registered in Jharkhand in 2007 so this is deemed to be a fraudulent charge of SUPPRESSION OF FACTS
