This is my response to you: 1. File a police complaint against him under sections 406 and 420 of IPC; 2. Once that is done then file a suit for recovery from him; 3. Take civil action against him as well as criminal; 4. Try to file a claim for compensation from him for the mental and monetary losses suffered by you.

Dear Sir, can registered will be changed if all the parties are in agreement after the death of testator? If yes what is best way? The testator have named all of his unmovable properties to only one son of two sons. Now both sons have agreed to share the properties. What is the best way to transfer one house to the the son whose name is not in the will.

Builder telling to sign non RERA agreement

I booked a flat in an under construction project. But the builder is forcing me to sign an agreement which is not as per RERA format. The agreement is self prepared by builder as per his convenience. I refused to sign it and they are not returning my booking amount. I want my money back. As per my knowledge a builder can only make a buyer sign RERA format agreement without imposing his personal conditions.  Please guide. Thanks in advance.
