Responding to legal notice

I have been following up with Vistara on their weak customer service, lack of cultural sensitivity and misleading advertisements. Vistara first blocked my email ID and Twitter handle over a month back and has now sent a legal notice alleging defamation

I need a copy of legal notice to advise properly. Legal notice must be replied suitably. He must deny all allegations and counter question these two service providers. copies of all communication exchanged ae also required.

First we need to understand what sort of transactions exchanged between you two Parties. Being into competitive airline business, Vistara must have secured its image through various schemes. I need to see what sort of allegations put on you as a mark of defamation. There are plenty of examples where defamation is defined more clearly. So if your case doesn't fall under those interpreted definition, its a clear wipe off and you can move ahead with legal action against Vistara.

Can i lodge a complain on a trnsporter (Delhivery courier) for delaying their deilivery for over 20 days becoz of their negligence?

Delhivery courier deliver a partial delivery out of 12 packages.. i waited for over 15 days for their complete delivery. It was only about 40 minutes drive away from its destination office to its ware house. Since it is not far awsy from its destination, I went to their ware house several times. But, every time i went or send someone for the same there, they never paid heed to my grievience... it is very very frustrating.. i am mentally hurt now...

need to file a complaint against Singapore airlines

On April 17, 2023 i traveled with my partner to china by singapore airlines, they lost my baggage still they did not find the luggage. i contacted the singapore airlines they are telling me to contact singapore airlines china they are telling me to contact police. i need to claim compensation for this
