I would not worry about the case becoming stronger. If you are convinced that he is cheating and see no possible way out of the situation then i would suggest a divorce to be the best solution to the parties as it is clear that you cannot possibly have a happily marital life with your spouse especially if you are pregnant as well at the moment. It is the husbands duty to provide for his family and maintain his wife and children, So there are very strong grounds for your situation if thats what you are looking for.

i would suggest you to take divorce from your husband as you have stated that you have all the evidences against him. According to me it will be the best solution to the parties as it is clear that you cannot possibly have a happy marital life with your husband and it is also harmful for your forecoming child so its all up to you what do you want.
