how to proceed with my case

I was working as a lecturer in polytechnic college. After semester holidays the principal called other staffs for work except me. When I approached him he told due to salary problem I removed you. But y did he maintain the person getting highest salary, and who is not qualified also. In semester holiday he gave salary to others staffs who are in favour of him. The real reason is he behaves badly with other lady staff as I don't like that nor I didn't interfere in that matter. He removed me

Usually, the employer is the best judge of his needs. However, the termination can be challenged if its against the law. Kindly share your relieving letter so that a better response can be given to your query.

Sir, I worked for a MNC company as a Manager. Despite my good performances, my corrupt seniors 1st put me on bench (no work) for long period as I refused to join their corrupt plans, denied me an assignment and then I was terminated as I refused to submit resignation/separation letter. I would like to file compensation worth Rs 1 cr. What fees do I have to deposit in advance in Bengaluru or Gurgaon? Kindly help me.

Regarding working hours

Is it not against the HR policy in a MNC to make someone work for consecutive 9 days with out a split-off.
