If the complain is in relation to deficiency of services he provided or that the builder isn't giving possession, you will have to approach the Consumer Forum.

Kindly calrify the matter in detail. Depending on upon the default / lapeses on the part of builder, further course of action can be advised accordingly. According to my opinion. Consumer Forum having proper jurisdiction is the right forum to appraoch as far as recovery of money is concerned.

Crminal case can only penalise the buillder in the form of imprisonment but it will not help you in recovery of your money paid by you.For recovery of money , Consumer forum case or a Civil Case can be filed.

If it pertains to deficiency in services then you can approach consumer forum if it is matter pertaining to breach of Trust or fraud then file a criminal complaint otherwise to recover damages you need to send a legal notice first

You can file case in Consumer forum as well as you can file civil suit. It depends on the case to case basis and accordingly you can approach appropriate forum. If you intend to file case against your builder you can take my appointment and meet me. I can help you in filing case in the court .

you can file a consumer case. It is easy at lower cost. If there is any contract you can also file a civil suit.

Actually I am in the government engineering college in kolkata , west bengal. I had allergy and asthma and did not stay at my hostel in 8th semester as of now this is march and three months have passed. Although my previous dues are clear the administration is asking me to pay mess fees for the 8th semester too. I know it is my fault that i did not inform them about me not staying anymore. But is there any way I can get out paying that hefty amount as I did'nt use the service or ate food.

Builder sold a shop which is not in approved plan via right to sell

A builder(Deceased) sold common stair case area as a shop in 1986 to my father(Deceased) and said he will make the changes in building plan and provide us with a sale deed but he has failed to do so , what should i do now ? i need to regularise my shop needs it's sale deed to be made.

respondent is holding unlawful possession and claiming owner of the Land base on Void documents,

Dear sir I have filed civil case for declaration of title suit and the respondent is holding unlawful possession and claiming owner of the Land base on Void documents, therefore kindly suggest me supreme court judgement citation for Void documents . please give me citation of supreme Court judgement over Void documents And also the lower Court has rejected my injunction petition citing the reason that there is no balance of convenience, no irrepairable loss and No prima facie case, Kindly give me Citation of supreme Court judgement so that I can give citation of supreme Court judgement in the lower court in order to strengthen my point.
