How much time it will take and how much money it will consume

I am a defence employee and I got married on 4th may 2017 and we don't have any kids. Our thinking and lifestyle don't match. She is very much expensive, foodie and traveller type girl. I don't like all these things. She want me to stay away of my family as she and her family is isolated from her family. We don't like each other's family. She had never stayed with my family after marriage still She doesn't like them. We have our elder brother's wife also at our home who got married after us and she is living happily with my parents. She insisted me to marry her before my elder brother. Actually we started talking to each other before engagement so I couldn't resist myself to marry her before my elder brother's marriage. I have already purchased a plot on her name costing around 15 lakhs. She has already shifted around 4.5 lakhs jewellery and clothes worth rupees 50 thousand to her mother's home which was given by us. She is ready for mutual consent divorce as she got sufficient amount at her side. Now I don't have anything to give her as Iam well pressed by four loans. I just want her to go away from my life.

if she is ready for mutual consent divorce and you also, then what is the ISSUE? if she is making more demand? pls, clarify so that I can be enabled to answer properly. mutual consent divorce usually takes minimum 6 months period and the period can be extended for another one year, in exceptional cases, fee of a lawyer depends upon his/her experience, caliber, status etc. however it ranges from Rs. 15000/- to 100,000/- (tentative) you are advised to hire an experienced lawyer to avoid any future complications as drafting Mutual Consent Divorce petition is a tough job require additional knowledge?

Divorce Can a wife hack husband's smartphone remotely, in realy time and is this legal ?

Me n wife was having silly arguments once in a while, of our only 1.7 years of marriage. I came to know that she hacked my smartphone and collected all my whatsqpp FB / call recordings. I video chatted on an app, where a random people will be calling. Once randomly a appeared on screen and showed only her half naked body. She never showed her face. The call lasted for 1 minute and I diconneted. Now wife filed case/ NCR, and allegat3d that I'm a fraud and cheater. Also she files for DV, and 498a. The household expenses what we both shared each also, she counted her amount via bank account transactions. Now she allegat3d that me and my father forc3d her to transfer all her money. Yes. During our married life we each shared money among ourselves for the daily needs and living. And I haven't taken any dowry gold or cash from them. Whatever her ornaments were with here family only till date I didn't touched that. Moreover I gifted her 5 soverins of gold on her bday and our anniversary. Also she allegat3d me as giving her mental and physical abuse, but I nver did. Also she claims that our 1 month old new born baby - I shouldn't visit baby and her. She claims that the chats/ call recordings will prove me an adultery. But I haven't met any woman directly, or physically. Can I file cyber crime against her or please suggest me. She is a government class B servant.
