HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT FROM PAYTM

Respected sir i but some product from paytm, paytm show your products has been delivered but i have not recieve any product, i mail to paytm they deliver the parcel at wrong address and in wrong city, now please suggest what can i do

First, a well drafted letter should be sent to Paytm explaining the entire issue and requesting them undertake corrective steps. If Paytm still doesn't remedy the situation, a legal notice under the Consumer Protection Act should be sent.

I would suggest sending a detailed E-mail and a letter to the PayTm Team, which has a time limit of 15 days to reply. In case you do not get proper response to you letter within 15 days, then a legal notice should be sent. If that also does not solve your problem then you should file a complaint before Consumer Forum

Can i lodge a complain on a trnsporter (Delhivery courier) for delaying their deilivery for over 20 days becoz of their negligence?

Delhivery courier deliver a partial delivery out of 12 packages.. i waited for over 15 days for their complete delivery. It was only about 40 minutes drive away from its destination office to its ware house. Since it is not far awsy from its destination, I went to their ware house several times. But, every time i went or send someone for the same there, they never paid heed to my grievience... it is very very frustrating.. i am mentally hurt now...

On April 17, 2023 i traveled with my partner to china by singapore airlines, they lost my baggage still they did not find the luggage. i contacted the singapore airlines they are telling me to contact singapore airlines china they are telling me to contact police. i need to claim compensation for this
