How can I resolve and get out of this

A lender have filed a summary suit under order 37 to me. This I came to know from a common contact BUT I HAVENT RECRIVED ANY SUMMONS AS I HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE ADDRESS WHICH THE LENDER HAS. AS MAYBE THE REGD AD POSY WIULD HAVE RETURNED BACK AS I NO LINGER STAY ON OLD ADDRESS. IS IT MANDATORY THAT THE DEFENDENT (ME) HAVE TO DELIVERED THE SUMMONS FROM COURT ? But now I have no assets or money in bank to payback his loan. 1. How to defend myself in this case? 2. Will I go to jail for not able to payback money as I have no job or income or money or asset to payback 3. My parents and wife hv disowned me. So can lender get my parents or wife assets attached to recover his money?

My neighbour keeps a street dog within their house premise(courtyard) whole night(sometimes roped) and the dog barks whole night. my mother is a heart patient and i have my work which requires patience. is there a way out to this?

Hello Sir/Madam, I gave some amount like 40 lakhs to my friend on 2016 via Bank RTGS. And he promised to return me the money with 15% interest. Also he gave me a cheque for 25 lakhs without mentioning the date in the xheque. After repeated request, he didn;t return he money. And I depoited the cheques on 7-dec 2023 which got returned with Fund Insufficient. My lawyer sent a legal notice on 12-Dec but he didn;t reply to the notice. So my lawyer said that he need to file a case . But i want to change the lawyer. Is it possible that the new lawyer can file the case now. Also, can I file a case for 40 lakhs or it can be only for 25 lakhs only.
