How can I get my money refunded from Quikr for delivering the damaged Product

Hi team, I have ordered one Samsung LCD television (32 ") under AD id 308385796 from quikr. Earlier delivery of that product got delayed by 2 weeks (it supposed to be delivered on 6th June). I was taking backup everyday from Quikr as well as Gati and everyday they was providing me with different reasoning for delay in delivery, at that time only I thought something doubtful is done to the product either by Quikr or Gati. After 2 weeks of delay product got delivered to my home on 19th (

Your question is not complete. Refund of money will depend upon the terms of sale. You may file a case before the consumer court.

Can i lodge a complain on a trnsporter (Delhivery courier) for delaying their deilivery for over 20 days becoz of their negligence?

Delhivery courier deliver a partial delivery out of 12 packages.. i waited for over 15 days for their complete delivery. It was only about 40 minutes drive away from its destination office to its ware house. Since it is not far awsy from its destination, I went to their ware house several times. But, every time i went or send someone for the same there, they never paid heed to my grievience... it is very very frustrating.. i am mentally hurt now...

On April 17, 2023 i traveled with my partner to china by singapore airlines, they lost my baggage still they did not find the luggage. i contacted the singapore airlines they are telling me to contact singapore airlines china they are telling me to contact police. i need to claim compensation for this
