Hi if i want to start an robotics training academy, what type of registrations i have to do in Telangana

Tamilnadu government MRB board recruited Doctors (Assistant surgeon post) for 1021 vacancies. Conducted exam for 16,000 applicants and gave appointment order on February 6 for notified 1021 vacancies. Out of which, around 190 doctors not joined their allotment. And 280 doctors in reserve list, waiting to get appointment for that not joined vacancies. Meanwhile some eligible doctors (secured eligible marks in exam) approached Court to increase the notified vacancies and Court asked to consider this. Is there a way I can enter in to a partnership which needs to be registered as a LLP, either directly or indirectly, in such a way that i don't have to create my DIN / DPIN. The issue is, I may get in to an employment contract in future, and some of the companies don't allow business ownership as a policy. Most companies these days have a DIN/DPIN search as well. Is there a structure which can help me nominate another person to partner in LLP and I have a back to back agreement with that person

Sir, In our registered Housing association ( Registered under Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972) , our registered Deed of Declaration states that " Each apartment holder or share holder whether joint owners or otherwise, will have the right of one vote for each apartment " . Election is conducted for 9 member board. However, in the election, our Election committee is allowing each voter to vote up to 9 candidates. ( That is, in One Ballot paper voter can mark up to 9 contestants) Is that legal? I have objected to that saying each voter can vote for only one candidate as per our registered Deed of Declaration. Kindly provide legal opinion on this.
