Company case

I used to work in the company in Delhi 3 months later due to my brother's sudden illness, I left the company after giving verbal information about my condition. After two months the company sent me a notice of fraud and theft. When I talked to his lawyer, he told me to return the salary of two months. I am not in condition to return the salary immediately. What I should do?

The Private Employment is bound by the terms and conditions mentioned in your Employment Letter. If it is stated in the Employment Letter that you are required to give two months notice or in lieu of the same two months salary, then you are bound by the same. However, if you were in probation then different scenario may emerge. Kindly share your Employment Letter for more details.

Agreement for Mutual understanding in Business Sale

I have been running a restaurant for last 4 years. Now I have decided to sell it for 14 Laks. The manager who was handling the restaurant showed interest in buying it. As he is not able to give the amount in lump sum we have agreed to pay 14 Lacs in 36 installments. As most of the terms are mutually agreed upon; I wanted to know what should we do to make it more legal and law binding document? How do we execute it for the mutual benefit?
