Advocate Manasi

Manasi is a legal professional with more than 8 years of experience in civil/commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has represented clients across diverse sectors, including the automobile manufacturing, international shipping, banking, education, real estate, aviation and pharmaceutical sectors. She has represented both Indian and foreign clients before district courts and consumer fora in New Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Competition Commission of India, Central Administrative Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Arbitral tribunals, and High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Manasi also routinely advises clients on labour law related issues pertaining to inter alia workmen compensation, employee provident fund, employee state insurance claims, payment of bonus and gratuity and internal policies for clients for prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace. Manasi is also an external member of an POSH Internal Complaints Committee for a client. Currently, she is representing inter alia: a prominent NBFC in proceedings before the High Court of Delhi and homebuyers in proceedings against a real estate developer before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Manasi has also represented the Government of India in investment treaty arbitration proceedings before an Arbitral Tribunal seated in London and is involved in domestic arbitrations and commercial litigation matters of the Firm for other clients.
