I am a lawyer enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council, started my practice with a leading law firm dealing with real estate, advising many builders and construction conglomerates. I have also worked with the Additional Solicitor General of India, in the past, defending and representing the Union of India in various matters before the Supreme Court and the High Court of Karnataka. In my capacity, I have dealt with various Central Government agencies and its officers. Further I have also worked with a full-service law firm with a national footprint. Where I have advised clients on numerous multifaceted disputes, including Arbitration. Regularly I have advised clients on Franchisee modules, Employment contracts, Infringement of Intellectual property rights, compliances with Minimum wages Act and Shops and Commercial establishments Act. I have recently formulated a Revision of Work policy due to the onset of Covid 19 pandemic outbreak. I have also advised real estate and infrastructure companies on title due diligence on charge of assets of an entity and corporate guarantees provided by its Promotors/ Directors, Title verification and advise on purchase of land, leasing of lands for renewable sectors, manufacturing industries and construction industries; Bidding for government tender road contract works.
