Advocate Akshay Kumar Jain

Akshay Kumar Jain is a graduate from School of Law, Christ University, batch of 2016. He has previously worked with Haranahalli Law Partners, under the guidance of Mr. Ashok Haranahalli, Senior Counsel and former Advocate General, State of Karnataka. He has worked for four years with C. K. Nandakumar, an advocate renowned for commercial and arbitration law. He predominantly dealt with writ petitions, civil miscellaneous petitions and appeals before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka. He works on various matters pertaining to civil disputes, and arbitration. He has also extensively worked on consumer disputes.
