    Examples of Personal Information we collect include information that you provide when you (a) create or update your Myadvo account, (b) communicate with us, (c) purchase services/products from us, (d) contact, review or recommend a lawyer, (e) submit client ratings or peer endorsements. If you are a lawyer and want to update your profile (“Profile”), or post information using your Profile, we may also collect verification information. We may collect demographic information about you, including events you like, events you intend to participate in, or any other information provided by you during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

    We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

  7. Publicly Posted Information
  8. Personal Information that you post in public areas of our Services or via your Profile may become publicly available and is not considered Personal Information. For example, information you post in your Profile, peer endorsements, Q&A, or any other interactive areas may be made publicly available and can potentially be viewed by anyone.     We have no obligation to delete any data or information you provide on a Case description Form or anywhere else on website following termination of your account or the account of any professional to whom your Case description was submitted through the Site. Registered users who wish to close their account should write in at support@myadvo.in

    Lawyers and their employees should be particularly aware of their obligations of client / user confidentiality, both in communicating with Myadvo.in and in consulting users via the site. Myadvo.in does not have, and will not accept, any obligations of confidentiality with respect to any communications
