I worked for an NGO for 2 months and then resigned due to personal problem. The organisation gave my last month salary in cheque and stopped my cheque after my resignation. How can I proceed with this ? The NGO is registered under 80G .

my name is anchit I resigned from a company and was serving notice period by didn’t serve the last three days of the notice and requested for a three days early exit to which I wrote a mail to the HR too and HR advised to write another email stating to mention that today will be my last day to which I did and in return and he accepted and wrote a email back and after 45 days I got a experience letter and my full and final settlement but recently I joined a company and during background verification with the previous company they mentioned I was asked to leave… I went to the hr for my previous company and they said they cannot rectify this… Can you please suggest me what action should I take next?
Joined the company and left it without serving the notice period, gave them letter stating that I am joining another company. After a month or so, they mail me and say to pay the expenses of 137000.
I am a confirmed HP govt. employee (Education Dept). I am 40 years of age and have 11 years of continuous service (excluding EOL). Currently, I am on EOL (Extra-ordinary leave- other then medical grounds) since 4.5 years. Due to family reasons I want to take premature retirement.
1.I want to know, will I be eligible for pension, superannuation and gratuity, if I take premature retirement now?
2. If I apply for NOC to the dept. to take up a job in a private college in Mumbai, will it weaken my case for retirement benefits? Will the department provide me NOC?

Letter of Appointment was not furnished, they took all market data inputs required for the launch of their services and then terminate my service. Because of this offer I left a very stable job where I had been working for 7 years. This leaves me in a help less state

I’m working as a Software engineer in One of IT Company in Ahmedabad Location. Company released employees due to loss and i am one of them employee.
22nd Dec is my last date in that Company abd till date Company have not give me November and december 2016 month salary. i tried lot of time but make excuse and delayed again and again. when ever i call company director says when fund comes your salary will paid.

They agreed that yes they’ve software problem which is causing obstacles in clearing my amount, but it’s been 4 months since they’ve been just making a fool of me, whenever I call them they say they’ll release the payment this week. But never do so, so kindly suggest me where should I file, in consumer court or labor Court?

I am Aarzoo, I m working in company & at the time of joining they singed me a bound which 9 month of working I have completed my 9 month over there & after it I got promotion then they again singed such a bound but they said it’s just a agreement if you wanna leave then you can go but before leaving you have to serve 1 month notice period. Now I m giving notice period but company legal lawyer force me give 20k other wise you can not go on that situation what should I do plz let me know.
I was diagnosed with TB in my spine hence had to immediately stop going to office with bed rest. After month i received letter from the employer that my services are terminated ( I contested that I have informed my manager about my medical condition therafter they advised me to resign from my servcies which I did).

Staff Selection Commission, invited application for the post of Stenographer grade C and D exam 2015, and in its advertisement SSC has clearly mentioned that the Skill examination will be evaluated or checked only by electronically means,
But in the reality SSC did not full fill its advertisement’s criteria and SSC evaluated the Skill exam manually not electronically.
Sir I request you to look into this matter, it is the clear violence of the Advertisement. and as Skill was evaluated manually, so the copies could not be checked with accuracy there are many mistakes in the the copies of the skill have been left without being notice and as a result undeserving candidates got through the skill exams.right now ssc is sending nominations to the concerned departments of the stenographer grade C and D exam 2015.
Recently BSNL has declared the result of an online exam.Some unselected candidates complained and the due to this department of telecommunication withhold the recruitment and put an enquiry over the issue.It has been over 40 days ,there is no response from DOT,due to which the 2700 selected candidates are mentally and financially suffering .Can I file a case against BSNL in state high court expressing our grief and ask honourable court to direct BSNL and DOT to resume the process
