Hello…. I am Aarzoo, I m working in company & at the time of joining they singed me a bound which 9 month of working I have completed my 9 month over there & after it I got promotion then they again singed such a bound but they said it’s just a agreement if you wanna leave then you can go but before leaving you have to serve 1 month notice period. Now I m giving notice period but company legal lawyer force me give 20k other wise you can not go on that situation what should I do plz let me know.

I was diagnosed with TB in my spine hence had to immediately stop going to office with bed rest. After month i received letter from the employer that my services are terminated ( I contested that I have informed my manager about my medical condition therafter they advised me to resign from my servcies which I did).

Now six month later I have received notice from the organisation that I need to pay sum equivalent to one month salary along with interest @18% pa.
Please advise

Staff Selection Commission, invited application for the post of Stenographer grade C and D exam 2015, and in its advertisement SSC has clearly mentioned that the Skill examination will be evaluated or checked only by electronically means,
But in the reality SSC did not full fill its advertisement’s criteria and SSC evaluated the Skill exam manually not electronically.
Sir I request you to look into this matter, it is the clear violence of the Advertisement. and as Skill was evaluated manually, so the copies could not be checked with accuracy there are many mistakes in the the copies of the skill have been left without being notice and as a result undeserving candidates got through the skill exams.right now ssc is sending nominations to the concerned departments of the stenographer grade C and D exam 2015.

Recently BSNL has declared the result of an online exam.Some unselected candidates complained and the due to this department of telecommunication withhold the recruitment and put an enquiry over the issue.It has been over 40 days ,there is no response from DOT,due to which the 2700 selected candidates are mentally and financially suffering .Can I file a case against BSNL in state high court expressing our grief and ask honourable court to direct BSNL and DOT to resume the process

I wasnt serve notice period because I am not ready to continoue with this comapny. I worked only for 3 month and band will be 15 months. Now , I had a meeting with boss and he told me that, I settle on one conditon, If you ready to give me four month salary then I will let you go. But I will be able able to pay 2 months of salary as per bond agreement. The Bond is on 100 rs stamp paper and it is not affidivate / may be notry. They said to me that, I will make a case against you. I dont have enough money to pay him. Please give me suggession ASAP. I am in need.. Thank You.

I have been recruited by Square Yards India in Nov. 2016 to join Square Yards Dubai on 13th Nov. 2016 by India HR Mrs. Nidhi Kaushik Negi and I was interviewed by Ms. Rabiah Shaikh (Principal Partner) for salary of 5500 AED in which Accommodation will have to bear by me I was told for joining in Dubai with visit visa for 3 months and on quering regards working on visit visa in Dubai I was told by Nidhi Kaushik Negi that it is the process of Probation period to work on visit first then employment visa will be provided by company after 3 months of completion of Probation period. On 22nd Dec 2016 I was at my residence in Dubai as I was suffering from fever which I informed to Mr. Waseym Ahmed Sr. Regional Manager) I received call from from Mr. Waseym that I have been terminated due to non-performance. I respectfully accepted my resignation and get ready to handover the assets provided by Company SIM card and Laptop. I went on 26th Dec. 2016 for Handover formalities there I was asked by Mrs. Priyanka Singh (HR Dubai) to handover the things and left the office and Full and Final Settlement will be done after 60 days I submitted the SIM card but not the Laptop as I was not getting any receiving for the same and no Exit formalities were there by them. Then I spoke to Ms Rabiah Shaikh for FNF formalities and she said that I hardly will owe any Salary as on termination I will have to bear all the expenses of Visit Visa and Flight Tickets and She said it is their Standard Policy which is never been told to me by any person of Square Yards. They are also threatening me to handover the Laptop else they will cancel my return ticket and FNF formalities will also be not process. I asked for Money for the time I worked with them to survive in Dubai till the time of my return that is of 8th February as I didn’t resigned from my Job and I was terminated. But they said that I will have to bear the expenses of visa and tickets. Currently am in High depression as I left my Job in India as they said they will give me time of 3 months and they terminated me in 1 month and 9 days without any notice and now they are also not giving my Salary of the time I worked with them and on asking my approximate FNF amount they emailed me amount of around 23000 INR approx. Which should be around 75000 INR. Request you to please look in to the matter and help me with it. Currently am surviving in Dubai with no Job and they have also cancelled my Return Ticket to India.
Please Help.

I spent lot of money during my transfer process and thought of claiming everything I have spent because of my transfer. But since I cannot claim the expenses incurred by my husband who was there with me during my transfer process, I thought of including all such expenses as rent by taking receipt from my PG owner and the PG caretaker agreed to it without any hesitation. He gave me the valid receipt for the same. On a personal level, I didn’t feel like doing anything wrong as the money was spent for transfer purpose and the company would have anyway bear such expenses if the company themselves would have arranged for my accommodation. However, when I disclosed this claim to my husband, I realized that my claim can become a serious issue and So, I immediately cancelled my claim. After a week of claim cancellation, I receive a mail for admin asking me to meet HR for clarification. And for this cancelled claim, an action was initiated against me.they called me up for discussion and they forcefully made me submit my resignation by mentally harassed by repeatedly asking the same set of questions again and again. i was dictated my resignation letter by Hr.
Their action was initiated against a cancelled claim which totally defeats the whole purpose of
cancellation. They didn’t pay heed to my explanation or justification and they even didn’t allow me to serve my notice period.
My notice period would have ended in November end after which i was supposed to get my post graduation degree from bits pilani.
But now after my termination, i will not even get my degree for which i have worked hardly and performed excellently for last 4 years.

I made many request for giving me my experience certificate and allow me to complete my degree which i would have completed in next 2 months but all my requests were unheared.
I requested almost my top heads of companies. I was assured that they would do investigation but after a week they came back to me just to know incase i had any proofs of claim cancellation. when i said i dint have any. then after 3-4 days they again came back saying that their action was justified.

then after repeated mails they gave me one month sal and closed my settelement and issued me a testimonial certificate saying i was not an employee but a student.on this basis they denied me the experience certificate as well.
these four years even though acc to them when i was enrolled as an student, i worked like a normal employee abiding to all rules of normal employees (but benefits of only students were given).
i was assigned projects, interacted with clients, company got billing on my name from client.
they presented us (me and many like me whos pursuing this education program from company) as project engineer to the clients.
so in short they were earning revenue from us.
and as far as my knowlegde is there (correct me if i am wrong):
no company can earn revenue from student.
Profession taxex should not be deducted from students.
Form 16 is not for students.

and everywhere they mention as employee id.
now if i am student why are they metion employee id in all their forms sites etc.?
and if i worked as an normal employee being a student as well how can i be denied a experience letter.?
they show our program under CSR in their annual report and enjoy tax benefits from govt.

because of no experience certificate and no degree i am not able to find job in any good company.
I requested through mails but no use.
i had sent legal notice but no use.
now i have approached labour court but i am not sure if this will be beneficial or in my favour.
Please advise.

I was a regional head of a MNC from Nov 2007 till July 2015 and had to make official trips frequently. Also, being administrative head of the region, I had to make other official expenses. The convention was that we had to pay first from our money and then claim reimbursement on submitting bills. As per HR manual, bills were to be submitted within one month of expense-date. I submitted some bills late due to which they were rejected. Hence, I have not got money which I spent from my personal account for official matters. I left the company in July 2015 and have written to them but they are not responding. My claims pertain to expenses of years 2012, 2013 & 2014. Is there a legal way to pursue and get my claims back of Rs. 8 lakhs?

I worked for company seven days (24 to 31)and then left after informing them through email , I asked them to my pay seven day pay of around 20 thousand but they are not paying saying u have to serve notice period for two months , can I challenge this . I have their laptop with me they have sent legal notice to return the company laptop . What best I can do in these case .

Also, I have accepted offer letter on my email and signed the copy and sent scanned copy they have not got signed me any document.

So what best I can do here and how to reply their notice to get my money or settle.

My employer did not:
. pay my salary for over 6 months
. deposit my income tax for the same period.
. deposit my PF for this period and the year before, even though they deducted from my salary.
This happened in 2011 and 2012.
They have not responded despite several emails.

Hi, my previous company is not releasing my f&f amount, at the time of reveling i have been told that i will get my settlement within 3 months. Now when i have spoken to the HR about it they has simple refused to settle my claim by saying that the people who have left last years theirs claim is still pending. and for any further clarification talk to promoter directly.
I need suggestion on how to take this matter ahead.

I started working for a startup in Gurgaon. When I joined the company, he gave me the work which I didn’t have any experience. So I had to first learn things and then had to progress which was taking time. So he started abusing me, literally, and insulting me in front of other employees. It became harder for me to work there but still I tried. He then fired me without giving any termination letter and assuring me over phone that he’ll provide the salary and now he is refusing to give me the salary for the days that I have worked for him. I have all the phone recordings with me and offer letter in email inbox since he was also not signing my appointment letter.
