I quit the company on 25th December and Company hasnt provided the Relieving letter and the Form16 for year(2016-17), also i have sent couple of mails, called them couple of times asking the same but there is no response from their end also visited the office once and they assured me that it will be done by EOD but the status is till the same. What should i be doing?

My manager has approved different travel amount for different employees, when i tried to bring this to his seniors notice, because he is keeping the amount in between, He has tried to bring bad name to me citing office hours, though others employees also come and leave at same time. He has send mail such as final warning without even checking with HR. He daily tries to create some issues in office. Whatever luxuries he gives to other employees such as work from home and relaxed office hours, he deliberately tries to create some problems for me. I being a female employee need to work from home sometime, but he rejects my request.

I worked with a company from November 2014 to April 2016. The company didnt paid me my renumeration from Jan 2016 to April 2016. In Feb 2016, they told all employees that company is facing critical financial issues. So all of you will face delay in salary. Most of the employees left the organization at that time. But I also resigned in march 2016 and got relieved from company in the month of April 2016 by serving my notice period. I served notice period and have all documents of seperation. They also filled my Income Tax for the month of Jan, Feb and March 2016 by telling us that they ll pay in future. I used to send them email in 1-2 weeks on regular basis. But I get same response as situation not improved. They ll pay us in future. The amount due is approx 2 lakhs.
So I would like to know about what should I do in this case? What if I make any legal action against them? How much money and time required to know the time they ll take to pay me?

I’m planning to start a bike rental business.
Initially i will buy any 2 or 3 bikes and rent it.
1.so what are the formalities to change the white numberplate registration to the required rental registration ? Its charges ?
2.is it necessary to have an office ?
3.how can i insure the safety of the vehicles after renting it ? Eg.after renting it,what if bike met with an accident from the client or what if he run away with itt ?or what if the bike get stolen ?
And what are the other risk factors and protection against it ?

I am working as a freelance software developer for a German startup by couple of my friends. I am to get a percentage of the revenue as fee.

I work from Mumbai.

Do I need to register myself as a company to enter into a contract?
Is there something else we need to take care of while furnishing the contract, especially considering it is an international one?

Partner took an investment 90% of which went to expenses like rent and all which i wasnt told of . 10% of it went on building the ecommerce store which was my call but we ended up wasting money and a lot of time and couldnt develop it . Nothing is on paper . Now we have hired a 3rd party which has developed it . I want out now but my partner is not willing to let me go because i am the technical person . reasons for me going out is that my partner has threatened me twice , once he said he will do something when things were getting delayed , next time he said he will fuck everyone and once he said he keeps a gun in his car and after 4-5 seconds started laughing and is very pushy . he says he lost his credibilty and all n cant let me go at this point and is pushy and says to pay up for the losses and still keeps on asking me to do this and that work . there is no paperwork involved . i have tried explaning him but he is not willing to listen and i am under a lot of stress because of him . he is from an influential family . what should i do ?

My current employer from 4 years , is not providing me an experience letter. I need a detailed experience letter with my roles and responsibilities mentioned in it. I am not asking them to fabricate any lie. I just want them to write what I have genuinely done. My manager is ready to provide but as per the guidelines it must be on a company letter head and HR is not obliging.

Can anybody suggest me any legal solution?

I am facing mentally harassment with my employer since from very long time & would like to take action with them , please refer following point to understand same.
1) Company have make their own rule & making changes / implementation without intimating us.
2) Deducting salary on basis of any reason or breaking of rule make by them for Exp I have submitted my leave application after two month they deducted my salary for 3 days by showing rule of next day application submission
3) Always giving threat to terminating from job if they have any issue with performance.
4) Deducting amount from our travel expense without our intimation by making everyday new rule .

So would like to understand what are law process we have in India how shall I approach labour court for same.
Is their employer have complete authority to make any kind of rule or they have guide line decided by our Indian labor law ?

Please advise me on my above query .
